What if my product arrives damaged?
📦 Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible damage.
- If you notice damage (even to the box), make a note of it when signing for delivery.
- If you can’t inspect the package immediately but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
- If your item is damaged upon arrival, send photos to (support@therobocraft.com), and we will arrange a replacement or refund—typically within 1 business day.
